A day dedicated to the Tuscan cooking tradition.
Homemade pasta (pinci, dumplings, noodles), Tuscan sauces, traditional sweets made with simple ingredients, healthy and nutritious.
The class will start at 9.30am with grocery shopping directly at the local market in Montalcino, with the help of a “MASSAIA”(local lady) you will get the ingredients for your dishes and then at her home you will learn all the secrets.
Eggs, flour… and the art of the local lady will do the rest, and everything will be mixed with a lot of fun.
But how fun can be a Tuscan dish if it is not accompanied by a full-bodied wine? A good wine enhances the flavour of the food and makes the right combination to have an enjoyable moment..
